We are a seed-stage, profitable startup on a mission to redefine the entire field of market research using generative AI. We are a small and collaborative team of engineers, data scientists and product managers with big dreams. We are looking for folks who are excited about learning new skills as well as teaching others so that we can grow together and build great products.

What you’ll be doing

In this role you will be front-and-centre in building real products that drive a change in the industry. If the below excite you - this is the role for you!

• Building a product for real users.
• Contributing towards a mission that requires solving previously unsolved problems using autonomous agents including using LLMs.
• Tackling full stack technical challenges across the full stack across different systems.
• Collaborating with the Product team to set the priorities. Taking end-to-end ownership.
• Mentoring other developers.
• Continuously learning and developing new skills.
• Leading on maintenance, improvement, and replacement of existing systems as needed.
  

Who you are: skills and experience

We’re looking for full-stack engineers who can build and own features end-to-end. You will get space to flex your innovation so we need to see that you already have ideas and the drive to see them through to execution. More specifically some skills like:

• 5+ years of engineering experience with at least 2 of those years being in a full-stack role. Very good knowledge of Python. 
• Experience working in a start-up or scale-up with a team of talented engineers and product managers.
• Experience with (and passion for) improving user experience, web frontend, API, backend services.
• Pragmatic and self-driven. Knows when to ask for help and when to push forward.
